Service and support

MineWolf Systems believes that comprehensive service is a critical factor to outstanding machine performance in challenging conditions. In addition to offering high-quality, robust mine clearance vehicles, MineWolf Systems provides a full service and support package for the MineWolf machines. We cover a wide range of service and support programmes on different levels to assist our customer to fulfill any specific requirement and get the maximum potential from their machines. Every aspect of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) is covered.

Service and maintenance

All MineWolf machines are designed to be fully serviced and maintained under field conditions. MineWolf Systems offers service and maintenance contracts to ensure machines are always giving maximum productivity and provides self-sufficient mobile workshops to overcome the challenges of setting-up a functioning infrastructure in a post-conflict area.

Training

MineWolf Systems has developed sophisticated training schedules based on the experience of our staff. These schedules cover every aspect of servicing and operating the machines. We offer different training modules to train mechanics and operators at our factory in Germany, in the country of deployment or a combination of both. Our courses are all tailored to the specific needs of each of our customers.

Factory support

To fulfill the needs of our customers, we offer different levels of comprehensive support to suit our clients’ operational requirements. We offer:

  • Technical & operational support
  • On-call personnel
  • Immediate failure response & database
  • Assistance in drafting SOPs

Regional support

We believe in being close to our customers and being able to react immediately to technical and operational needs. We have therefore established regional offices in different countries which offer a comprehensive infrastructure to support our clients on a daily basis. This includes offering project management and advice, providing technical advice in the field and writing a specialised set of mechanical SOPs.

Project Management

We also offer a complete project management service, fully managing the machinery, and logistic support on behalf of the client.

Spare parts supply

We are committed to deliver spare and wear parts packages in a professional and timely manner to support our machines which are deployed all over the world. We can count on local warehouses to ensure that our customers get their customized packages to facilitate maximum performance and minimum downtime of the machines.

Logistics

Logistics and mobility are key success factors in demining operations. MineWolf Systems offers reliable logistics solutions to support any demining operation worldwide. While other mechanical devices require special transport, all MineWolf equipment can be transported with standard means via road, sea and air. We have access to a network of renowned global shipping agents to offer cost-effective and timely transport solutions. Our regional offices further facilitate shipments with their local presence.
