Swedish Rescue Services Agency Purchases Mini MineWolf to Support Humanitarian Demining Operations Worldwide

The Swedish Rescue Services Agency (SRSA; www.srv.se), has ordered a Mini MineWolf for their worldwide demining operations.

The purchase follows a rigorous tender process where SRSA carefully screened the market for available mine clearance solutions. The Mini MineWolf was chosen based on its successful reference deployments and positive performance indicators including clearance capabilities, speed of operation and survivability. The purchase includes both the flail and tiller working tool options, as well as complete mobile workshop.

The SRSA is a Swedish national organisation supporting Mine Action programmes in Afghanistan, Chad, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, the Russian Federation, Sri Lanka, Somaliland, Sudan, and the West Bank. They have signed an MOA with UNOPS on support to the United Nations Rapid Response within Mine Action, and are a member of the Mine Action Steering Committee and the Survey Working Group.
